WUHAN TOSTRONG ACCOUTERMENTS CO.LTD has its own technical department, with enough technical
staffs. Apart from inquiringinto production line and assisting the workshop to resolve the problem of processing,
the technical department should hold occasionally technical analysis meeting to formulate technical measures in
order to ensure the production and guide technology management in workshop.
Meanwhile, the technical department isrequired to pay attention to advanced technology in the same industry at
home and abroad, absorb what is beneficial and to practice technical technological innovation and research
activities for improvement of technology. At the sametime, encouraging employees to innovate or reform
technology, put forward reasonable proposals, and evaluate new processes and new technology is aneffective
method. Technical departments need to do the daily management of technology, including developing work plan,
examining and approving process of production and feasibility of new processes and new technology, complete
the business reports, examining reform and change of production process and checking situation of implementation
etc...
Our technical management and R & D are very mature. Before production, our technical staff will develop a
reasonable production target to ensure production security, normal operation of equipment, quality of the product,
reduction of power consumption, and waste controlling. For example, our holsters are major for Type 64 pistol
and Type 92 pistol, but there are dozens of products. Our technical staff continues to research and developed
various styles on the basis of original several holsters, which is more in line with the different needs of users.
Holster is our major products. But R&D of other products has never fallen behind. Taking tactical vest as an
example, under the circumstances of guaranteeing origin functions, changes of detail are made to make it much
more convenient and safe to wear.
