Tactical vest is that some soldiers worn outside to carry ammunition. It is wear-resisting and light. It can be worn outside bullet-proof vest, but will not affect the function of bullet-proof vest, radio or parachute pack. It is widely used by Special Forces, but it’s worth noting that tactical vest is not bullet-proof.

With each module being changed simply and freely, tactical vest is modularization, which loads weapon, ammunition and communication equipment. Wearing it will not affect using of helmet and weapon, as well as movement and shooting. And it can match with other underwear without size increasing.

Tactical Vest’s requirements are as follows: (a) when wearing all types of military gloves, the vest can be taken on and off; (b) the wearer can easily combine, wear and adjust it to a well-fitting state within 30 seconds without assistance of others; (c) the combined vest just need realignment and adjustment after the first time of wearing; (d) in the water the vest can be take off no more than 15 seconds; (e) in continuous use, tactical vest’s lifetime is 5 years; while in intermittent storage, its lifespan extends to 10 years; (f) tactical vest should pass the abrasion test; (g) the size of the vest can be quickly adjust and it cannot affect wearing of bullet-proof vest, tactical saddle and umbrella; (h) the vest should suit for motor vehicles, aircraft, ships and combat vehicle operations.

Following are introductions of three classic tactical vests.

TSG-0703

The main material of Tactical Vest TSG-0703 is high-density 600D oxford cloth; accessory materials are mainly Velcro and PP webbing. The material in the back is a double oxford cloth, in which bullet-proof plate and other items can be placed. There are two pockets inside respectively on the left and right. Large piece of Velcro is used in the back for adjustment. Collar is made of cotton canvas, with sponge inside. The vest has seven pouches, with interphone bags on the top left, the film 64 holsters on the bottom left and small pouches on the waist side.

There is also a more fashionable one.                                       

TSG-1004

The main material of this vest is high-density 600D oxford cloth and mesh, while accessory materials are mainly nylon webbing, nylon buckle and some iron parts. The front and back panels are connected by Velcro and webbing belt so that the vest is removable. The long webbings on the waist side are for adjusting. What on the back is double mesh, in which flak and other items can be placed. What on the upper right is slip-resistant patch, with pouches on the middle-right, double clip pouches on the lower right, interphone pouch on the upper left, double pouches on the middle-left and holster on the lower left. And there is a handle on the back for hanging.

Compared with the previous TSG-0703, it has better ventilation and it is more light because the use of mesh. This vest uses 3-LOCK system and MOLLE compatible systems.

The last is overwhelmed Tactical Vest TSG-1299.

The main material of this vest is 1680D coated oxford cloth and mesh, and accessory material is mainly nylon webbing. Zipper on the front fly is only for decoration. Apart from that the two large pouches on the front panel cannot be removed, the other parts are all detachable and can be placed according to personal habits. Interphone pouch is on the left, slip-resistant leather patch on the upper right, handcuff pouch on the middle-right. The Velcro on waist side is for adjusting. Zipper on the lower hem of the front and back panels can be opened and bullet-proof plate, stab-resistant sheet and other items can be put inside. Fluorescent powder is added when produce the signs on the front and back so that they can play an effective role in reflection.
